EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:  
 
Established only a few years ago our client are turning over north of £20 million this year. A skinny overhead with Senior leaders who have great relationships. 80% of it is London based commercial offices mainly for landlords. 20% is healthcare fitout for NHS Trusts. It’s all relationship orientated.

Simple... The work is identified priced and bid through 3 contracts managers. One is Commercial the other Ops by background.

We seek a BD who can come in and hit the ground running. Meet clients for coffees and build on their existing relationships and develop new ones. You will be building out their CRM with connections.

The person who was leading their BD is now stepping into more of a pre-con role, so need someone who can do a pure Business development role.

POSITION:

The team currently having 3 existing Contract Managers, each doing £8m worth of work, £1m net profit.

An ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated and can hit the ground running in an already successful team.
