Contracts Manager in title but this is more of a small works PM role.

With most projects being between £500k-£1m you will be running up to £1-£2m worth of work at one time. They recently picked up their biggest job at £3.5m

Commercial Fit out with some industrial projects- EPC upgrades so M&E knowledge is an advantage. 

Experience within live working environments 

360 Role but you dont need prior pre con experience
Programme- amend a programme but you dont need to have written a programme from scratch. MS / Being proficient in Excel is important
Commercials- You will have a QS/Senior Team and commercially savvy

Work ethic and skill set is important

£70-£80k + Travel- Holiday is 16days + bank holidays. Also close for 2 weeks over Christmas.
