Estimator / Senior Estimator

We are currently seeking a Estimator / Senior Estimator for the business and someone that will work in their London office.

Duties include but aren’t limited to:

• Review tender information and employer’s requirements, and assess their implications.

• Prepare comprehensive and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and pricing information.

• Present tender submissions for adjudication and attend relevant meetings.

• Analyse and incorporate tender returns into submission and handover packs.

• Support pre-construction, technical, and planning functions by providing information and assistance.

• Negotiate final contract sums, prepare risk registers, and assist in establishing project budgets.
