They have bought a site in London and have just been awarded planning to redevelop it with an estimated value of £40 million over 18 months. Its due to go to site Q2 2027.
We seek a Lead MEP Manager to take the project from RIBA 2 to successful commissioning and handover including strategic input into the level of unbundling and quality of supply chain.
It could be a permanent or Temp or Temp to perm arrangement but 3 other sites await planning consent so theres longevity.. This would suit a seasoned Engineer who enjoys getting their sleeves rolled up.. No career objectives or greasy pole climbing just a hard working.. 5 days a week on site but could come from a design or contracting background.. M or E biased originally.
