This role sits within a relatively new formed start-up team backed by a well-established, 30-year leader in the London commercial office interiors market. The team is currently 4–5 people, offering a tight-knit, collaborative environment with significant scope for growth and influence.

Projects will span both CAT A and CAT B fit outs, working with both landlords and tenants. Due to the company’s innovative and distinctive approach to supply chain and logistics management, they are not looking for someone who simply talks a good game—they need someone credible, hands-on, and commercially sharp to engage with their self delivery teams as well as existing supply chain. This means taking off quantities from RIBA 3-4 drawings from the likes of Perkins and Wills and TBA for Ceilings, dry lining and decorating whilst scoping and then sending out flooring, joinery, data fire alarms and sprinklers as well as any specialist packages like AV and acoustics..

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A strong track record of estimating by first principle

• The ability to manage the full journey: from initial client engagement through to pricing, supply chain strategy, tender adjudication, and ultimately securing project wins.

Package & Location

• Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 (all-in)

• Performance-related bonuses based on secured work.

• Based in London Bridge, with a requirement to be on-site 5 days a week.

• Additional perks include on-site coffee and an inhouse technical design team.
