We have a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Leader to join an international market-leading boutique workplace design and build contractor. You will be part of a small, close-knit team that plays an integral part as the origin of sales opportunities resulting in a turnover of £120m annually. This has grown from £60m in just five years and you will be key in helping achieve their milestones
The role will involve you utilising your existing Network and strategically positioning the company to gain introductions, PQQs and bidding / tender opportunities primarily in the London market although they have just been appointed on a £10 million scheme in Coventry for a national institute, a London Embassy is an example of a period refurb and a Canary Wharf based Financial intermediary at £300 psf. But they have also won The latest fitout for a Private members club at Pall Mall, and a SEND school in North London . Typically theyre up against Overbury and BW and we seek the BD who will leverage their contacts using AIS key USPs and back catalogue to generate new opportunities.
Working with the CEO and the SLT, you will hold ultimate responsibility for pipeline and helping position the bids.
