Our client is one of the most diverse and successful SMEs in the London Interiors market boasting Mixology, BCO and Building Nominations and award wins over the last 5 years.
Turnover in 2025 tipped over the £100 million mark as a group and the group now offers turnkey, D&B and traditional workspace construction solutions to tenants and Landlords alike.
Verticals they operate in range from Pharmaceutical to finance, High End Leisure to Media… Co working concepts through to bespoke bars and Leisure, it’s fair to say that in the last 15 years this organisation has become one of the City’s ‘go to’ deliverers of choice.
Testament to this is an enviable range of recommendations from clients and consultants alike. Engaging, competent, professional, collaborative and absolutely trusted are key phrases extracted from those testimonials over the last 20 years.
They seek a seasoned and professional individual to engage with their own networks to evolve PM, PQS and estates / developer relationships to achieve sales targets.
Any more than RIBA late stage 2 isnt what they seek. We don’t want opportunities to tender as one of 5-6 contractors with a drawing pack of over 100 drawings.
We seek an individual with relationships in end users and consultants seeking a light touch approach to bidding with limited design information. Liquid Gold is nn consultants but realistically PM or PQS relationships with an outline budget, a set of ERs, a scope and some Gas is ideal target material in either offices or labs or both..
