The ideal candidate would:
• Have a proven track record of delivering multiple workplace projects from of £500 to £2 million MEP value within London.
• Be able to confidently and proactively lead a pitch to the likes of Cundall Johnson, TBA, HPF, Aecom, WSP etc.
• Be able to align themselves with the core values of the business – integrity, proactivity, ingenuity and of course, exceptional standards.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal communication skills and a determined and passionate attitude.
• The willingness to learn and develop within the department and show a helpful and positive attitude.
• The ability to handle multiple activities and work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure and to strict deadlines

You could be an ex electrical or a degree qualified Mechanical engineer.. You may or may not have worked for a principle contractor BUT you have to have great engineering foundations in mixed services (And strong design development knowledge of HVAC systems be they
VRF, VAV or simple slits) to provide value added VE solutions and alternative design solutions to an existing set of ERs to make the difference in work winning. You must be compelling!
