Established in 1956, our core business is the provision of high-quality refurbishment and fit-out services to a diverse range of sectors, including commercial offices, healthcare, education, student accommodation, and leisure. We manage projects ranging from £5m to £30m, delivering under various forms of contract.
With an average turnover in excess of £130m and they have progressed steadily since their establishment 60 years ago. They pride themselves on building strong and long-lasting relationships with both clients and professional teams they have worked and continue to work with.
Whilst having a proven and successful track record of delivering intricate and logistically challenging cut and carves projects on a postage stamp in central London for high-net-worth individuals and blue chip companies.
They Seek
They seek an experienced Project Manager to lead on the delivery on a £29m CAT A and CAT B project in the heart of the city. A 2nd phase project, after already successfully delivering phase 1 for the client.
You will need to be a boots on the ground manager, reporting into the Senior Project Manager and Project Director and will manage a Construction Manager and subsequent subcontractors.
The successful candidate will ideally come from a main contractor background with an understanding of high-quality refurbishment, cut and carve fitout projects within the commercial sector. To join a well-respected SME who have an excellent reputation for staff development and retention within the business.
The ideal candidate must be experienced in overcoming challenging logistics, worked on period refurbishments and fitouts. A strong candidate will also come from a building/trades background. Moreover, they require a candidate who is comfortable programming using Asta or MS Projects and has pre-construction experience, leading a site-based team and has worked with main contractors in the past.
