Job Description:

Our client has been transforming commercial properties and workspaces for over 65 years. Established in 1956, our core business is the provision of high-quality refurbishment and fit-out services to a diverse range of sectors, including commercial offices, healthcare, education, student accommodation, and leisure. We manage projects ranging from £5m to £30m, delivering under various forms of contract.
With an average turnover in excess of £130m and they have progressed steadily since their establishment 60 years ago. They pride themselves on building strong and long-lasting relationships with both clients and professional teams they have worked and continue to work with.
Whilst having a proven and successful track record of delivering intricate and logistically challenging cut and carves projects on a postage stamp in central London for high-net-worth individuals and blue chip companies.

They Seek
You will need to be a boots on the ground manager, reporting into the Senior Project Manager and Project Director and will manage a Construction Manager and subsequent subcontractors.
The successful candidate will ideally come from a main contractor background with an understanding of high-quality refurbishment, cut and carve fitout projects within the commercial sector. To join a well-respected SME who have an excellent reputation for staff development and retention within the business.

The ideal candidate must be experienced in overcoming challenging logistics, worked on refurbishments and fitouts. A strong candidate will also come from a building/trades background. Moreover, they require a candidate who is comfortable programming using Asta or MS Projects and has pre-construction experience, leading a site-based team and has worked with main contractors in the past.
