Four Contracts Managers and a Project Director deliver existing refurbishment and new build projects up to £30 million in value with a maximum duration of 2 years. Those teams are supported by strong commercial and design management provision, but MEP is behind the curve having struggled to hire well in the last 24 months.

They seek a sesoned MEP Manager who will be able to support the preconstruction team in the technical elements of a bid, interogating MEP returns from subbies and advising on VE solutions. Then input in subbie selection and how the SOW is carved up. The fabrication and installation process to comissioning and handover successfully.
