• High end private client experience, heritage or high end resi experience is needed. Someone who has worked on a single residential project/individual build and who understands listed buildings.

• You need to have experience leading high change request projects.

To successfully lead and manage multiple projects across our divisions, ensuring project delivery fully satisfies customer and Company requirements and to contribute to the growth of the business by building relationships, maximising repeat business and actively seeking market opportunities.

To be responsible and accountable for providing best practice project management leadership to ensure the safe, successful, cost efficient and timely delivery of projects. Provide effective risk management and problem resolution, whilst leading from the front. Accountability is key to this role.

It is expected that you will manage multiple projects ranging in value of between £500k and £10 million


Key accountabilities:
 

• Overall responsibility for delivery and quality in line with customer and company expectations.

• Ensures the build ability of the project.

• Responsible for the master programme and forecasting.

• Always understands the status of the project and escalates any significant delivery risks.

• Dispute resolution on site.

• Ensures timely and accurate reporting internally and to the client.

• Responsible for decision making on site that may have a commercial impact.

• To ensure full compliance with all Company policies and ISO accreditations.

• Ensure our health, safety, environment and quality standards, operating processes, company policies and all legislative requirements are understood, implemented, and always adhered to throughout the team.

• Can organise and manage the design phase of a project. Help prepare and maintain the client decision matrix.

• Able to collate information from their team to prepare and present the project report.

• Understanding of how to comply with a Health & Safety policy and Health & Safety management system.

• Evidence of strong interpersonal and people management skills are essential.

• Ability to understand the wider picture whilst devoting attention to detail.
