Job Description
Seeking a Pre con manager for a regional D&B company. Majority of work is in the regions along M3 and M4 corridor with some work in London. Company work on D&B office fit out and FM projects. 25 days holiday. Expected to be in the office when needed flex is offered by networker 1-2 days a week. Office is in Reading.

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Drive and manage all new business operations, focusing on securing office fit-out projects ranging from £5 million and above.
Client Networking: Leverage an existing network of contacts within the London and Regional commercial fit-out market to generate business opportunities.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed annual new business targets of £8 million in D&B and £15 million in FM.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and opportunities within the office fit-out industry, identifying key opportunities for the company.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, developers, and real estate agents to secure future business.
Pitching & Presentations: Lead the preparation and delivery of high-quality pitches and presentations to potential clients, ensuring the company’s values and expertise are well-communicated.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including pre-construction and project delivery, to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to promote the brand and strengthen market presence.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in a similar business development or networking role within the Design & Build or office fit-out industry.
Industry Network: Established and extensive network of contacts within the London commercial fit-out market, including developers, clients, and decision-makers.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of the office fit-out market, with the ability to identify potential clients and develop tailored solutions.
Target-Driven: A results-oriented individual with a proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets of £8 million in DB and £15 million in FM annually.
Client-Focused: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster long-term partnerships.
Communication Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling pitches and proposals to high-level clients.
Self-Motivated: A proactive and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
A proven track record in business development or sales within the Design & Build or commercial fit-out sector.
An extensive network of industry contacts within London.
Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
