Sharp, agile, dynamic and fresh they embody a youthful approach to the design and construction of high end offices in the City, wets end and the Wharf. Recent wins include a £6 million job in 22 Bishopsgate and a £9 million project at over £400psf in Mayfair.

They seek the right individual to lead their preconstruction function. They have an assistant, 3 heavyweight surveyors on tap and PMs to produce logistics strategies and programs.

They need the right individual on the way up to support 3 Project Directors who together deliver £30+ million in sales a year.. You could be a QS with plenty of PCSA experience.. Or an estimator.. Or an all rounder for a smaller business and you could be MEP or ‘bricks and sticks’… but essentially you have to be dynamic and warm and engaging with strong people skills. Likable but also know how to close.

You DON’T have to have worked for a turnkey business historically with an inhouse design team BUT you will want to. Being presented with a set of ERs and Scope but no more than RIBA stage 2 designs, You will be responsible for building a compelling Contractors proposal..
