The work flow is a blend of framework, major corporate and long term repeat business with a dose of churn rather than a typical D&B model. 20% of the work is pure D&B, 30% is landlord and now 50% is detail and build. Picked up from stage 2 with an existing architect / Interior designer and won in competition.

Recently promoted the new Pre Construction Director is again one of the sharpest in the industry and is seeking to make a key new hire.

You would join a team including long term sales and delivery experts as well as warm and friendly creatives to take contractors proposals from very early stages.. maybe just a set of ERs and some GAs through the design development process to finalisation of a compelling bid and contract securing.

We need a client-engager and a sensible, but enthusiastic and engaging professional from an technical operations background. to own a £20 million profit centre.. Effectively Like and MD taking new project opportunities from first appointment with the client through design evolution to the presentation of those compelling proposals. Once contracts are awarded you're Ops team would deliver at high standards to ensure repeat business. You own it.. You're ultimately responsible... and hence the bonus.

£250,000 is what we would expect for the right candidate..
