Due to continued growth and recent contract awards our client wishes to strengthen London-based project delivery team to lead on the new project on one of London’s finest residential offerings.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of two exceptional luxury duplex penthouses in Central London. These prestigious residences feature bespoke stone bathrooms, intricate GRG detailing, premium timber flooring, private swimming pools, and a range of world-class finishes.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven construction professional with extensive experience delivering complex, high-value projects to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
 

• Proven experience delivering projects valued at £30m+.

• Full project lifecycle experience, from pre-construction through to completion.

• A track record of working on super prime / ultra high-end residential or Hotel fit-out projects.

• Experience managing project programmes, CVRs, and detailed progress reporting.

• Previous employment within a Tier 1 contractor or Tier 1 supply chain.

• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience delivering Category A & Category B fit-out projects.

• Extensive experience working on projects within Central London.

• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams including MEP, joinery, design, specialist subcontractors, and consultants.

• Strong understanding of design coordination and project deliverables.

• Commercial awareness with the ability to support project financial performance.

• Experience operating as the senior project lead and taking full ownership of project delivery.
