Job Description

We are looking for someone who will play number 1 on site. Someone who will end up leading a £2 million project or multiple smaller projects at existing net returns and strong relationships. You could come from an operational, commercial or Engineering Background. The key is that you must be able to demonstrate that you have managed multiple projects successfully from early client and consultant engagement to final account settlement.

Qualifications

• High End Residential / F&B, heritage works, Central London as a main contractor. You must be responsible for delivering at least £2 million a year in turnover across one or multiple projects
