Project Manager – £100,000 to £115,000 | London

As a Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on high-profile commercial fit-out projects across Europe Expect autonomy, trust, and the opportunity to shape some exciting workspaces.
You’ll oversee projects typically valued between £1m and £5m, with opportunities to step into major schemes up to £30m within the Major Projects team.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a real mark in a high-performing, forward-thinking organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of Cat A & B fit-out projects

• Managing projects from £2m to £30m with full ownership

• Running your own commercials confidently and independently

• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients

• Managing programmes and driving operational excellence

• Collaborating closely with design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

• Bringing energy, clarity, and leadership to every phase

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in Design & Build
