Job Description

Our client is a tiger commercial fit out contractor who have established a strong reputation and repeat business stream.

Turnover is £17m-£18m turnover this year. With their blend of work being 40% landlord, with the rest being made up on Laboratories and Commerical fit out, Cat B work.


60% of their work is repeat buisness. Biggest job currently is £8m with most of their work being around £2m-3m.

They have 1 X BD bringing in leads from Agents predominiantly.

They have 3 X PDs evolving those leads into compelling contractors proposals and are winning roughly 1-3.
This is their second BD appointment and they arent prescious about titles.

They seek a seasoned and professional individual to engage with their own networks to evolve PM, PQS and estates / developer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Any more than RIBA late stage 2 isnt what they seek. We don’t want opportunities to tender as one of 5-6 contractors with a drawing pack of over 100 drawings.

We seek an individual with relationships in end users and consultants seeking a light touch approach to bidding with limited design information. Liquid Gold is nn consultants but realistically PM or PQS relationships with an outline budget, a set of ERs, a scope and some Gas is ideal target material in either offices or labs or both..

Paying between 1-3% of GP means you will have the opportunity to earn between £20k and £75k realistically in bonus. 1% would be for leads that turn into orders. 3% is attending first round meetings and thoroughly pre qualifying opportunities and dovetailing in an owner.. keeping in touch and generating repeat business.
