specialises in commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, and high-end workplace transformations. Its project portfolio spans values from £10,000 to £50 million, with a strong focus on design-and-build solutions, quality execution, and sustainable construction practices.

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate the design process across complex construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong architectural background, proven experience working for a main contractor, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary design teams while ensuring project objectives, quality standards, and delivery milestones are achieved.
 

• Currently or previously been a design manager at a main contractor

• Has an architectural background (Studied and practiced preferred)

• Has BIM capabilities (Revit, Revizto, Syncro)
