Our client is seeking a Divisional Director to lead a key business stream. That’s P&L responsibility for £20-£40 million of Construction a year. Currently they operate in Leisure, heritage, Offices, hotels and High End Residential and its 80% London based.

The ideal candidate will have a strong building background and have familiarity with fast track projects.. Technically Challenging projects and a proven track record in delivering robust and consistent margins. At this level you will have consultant and end user client relationships fostered through repeat performance, but the business will also funnel opportunities at you..

You may be and ex QS, Construction leader or Engineer...? You will want to be a mini MD.. To run a business within a business. You must have London Refurbishment experience and you must have the drive to lead and the passion to provide compelling solutions to clients whilst also having the humbleness and humanity to accept and welcome critique and input from the Board.
