Project Manager - Hotel Fit Out

Location: Kensington
Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 + Package

The Opportunity

The project consists of the fit out and refurbishment of approximately 280 guest bedrooms, together with extensive works to the reception and front-of-house areas. The scheme is scheduled to run for a minimum of 40 weeks and offers the opportunity to oversee a high-profile hospitality project from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Full project responsibility from mobilisation through to handover.

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring programme, quality and budget targets are achieved.

• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders.

• Driving health & safety standards across the project.

• Managing project reporting, procurement and commercial awareness.

• Maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the programme.

• Ensuring high-quality finishes expected within a luxury hospitality environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the fit out, refurbishment or interiors sector.

• Previous delivery of hotel refurbishment projects is highly desirable.

• Candidates with experience delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects will also be considered.

• Strong client-facing and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders within a live or challenging environment.

• Excellent programme management and organisational abilities.
