Since 2004 our client has transformed and constructed high end residential and commercial property across London and the Southeast. They construct, refurbish, alter and fit out the most stunning and challenging designs, including complex structural work, triple basements, façade retentions and cut & carve; followed by all levels of fit out, including prime residential.                                                                       

Their clients include blue chip FTSE 100 companies, developers, private family offices, even royal families

The work is always technically and logistically challenging and so we seek a top 10% candidate who enjoys running between 4-5 projects with maybe 2 -3 on site and 1-2 in PCSA. If you have worked for a Tier 1 you must also have worked for a smaller / leaner contractor and demonstrate delivering robust net 4% returns with a trusted supply chain and repeat business. Our client struggles to see the point in flash schemes that make losses or individuals who value project size over margin return. ‘Turnover is vanity.. Profit is sanity’…
