We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a flagship 54MW Data Centre development in Park Royal, London.
This is a significant infrastructure project with approximately £10 million of groundworks, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of one of London's major data centre developments.
The project is already well progressed, with 1,200 piles installed and service diversions underway. The successful candidate will take ownership of the next phase of works, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities and subcontractors.

• Oversee the installation of new power infrastructure.

• Coordinate water, drainage, and utility works.

• Deliver an additional 100 piles to support the cooling system infrastructure.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Drive programme performance and maintain project milestones.

• Lead site teams and maintain high levels of productivity and workmanship.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale civil engineering, infrastructure, industrial, or data centre projects.

• Strong background in groundworks, utilities, and reinforced concrete works.

• Demonstrable experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction packages.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications essential.

• Experience within data centre projects would be highly advantageous.
